Focus Features has released a full trailer for The Beguiled. A re-adaptation of the same novel that the Don Siegel-directed Clint Eastwood classic was based upon, Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation) is at the helm of this version and she’s packed it with a stellar cast. American Zoetrope and FR Productions produced the film, which will hit screens in this summer.
The Beguiled is a new adaptation of the novel A Painted Devil by Thomas P. Cullinan. It is written, directed, and produced by Sofia Coppola, and also produced by Youree Henley. The picture stars Colin Farrell as ‘John McBurney’, Nicole Kidman as ‘Martha Farnsworth’, and Kirsten Dunst as ‘Edwina Dabney’. Elle Fanning, Angourie Rice, Oona Laurence, Emma Howard, and Addison Riecke.
The Beguiled arrives in theaters on June 23rd, 2017.
