Fox has issued the first trailer for their new adaptation of Agatha Christie’s killer classic, Murder on the Orient Express. Kenneth Branagh produces, directs, and stars this latest take on the murder mystery classic and just based on this trailer alone, it looks like he’s brought his usual bombastic panache to the playing field. In other words, it looks pretty great.
We are treated to a look at the more prominent members of the cast, along with their professions, in what could really only be described as “PoirotVision”, as the famous detective moves through the cart while talking to them. The song choice at the end is odd, but between the cast, the material, Branagh’s directorial hand, and the overall look of the film, I am still very much excited to see it come November. Check it out for yourself, along with the film’s first poster, which also recently debuted…
